Terms of service

This is a template set of terms for WukTV. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before you publish the site — the sections below are a starting point, not legal advice.

1. The service

WukTV sells access to a media streaming service delivered over the internet. We do not host, produce or broadcast the content ourselves, and we make no claim to any third-party trademark shown on this site.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• You are responsible for holding whatever rights or licences are required to view the content you access in your country.
• Credentials are for your household only. Resale or public sharing ends the subscription without refund.

3. Delivery

Credentials are sent to the email address or messaging number you provide, normally within minutes of payment and always within 24 hours.

4. Refunds

Ask for a free trial before you buy — it is the reliable way to check the service works on your connection. If you subscribe and the service will not work on your setup, contact support. Where we cannot resolve the fault within 48 hours of your first message, we refund the unused part of your subscription.

Refunds are not available where the fault lies with your own internet connection or hardware, or where the account has been shared beyond the connection limit of your plan.

5. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel line-ups change as upstream sources change, and no individual channel is guaranteed for the length of a subscription.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account that is shared beyond its limit, used for resale, or used in a way that damages the network for other subscribers.
